We welcome you to come and enjoy our home in the Smoky Mountains (still in the city limits of Knoxville).

Aside from all the space in this house, there is a lot to explore in Knoxville.

We’d love for you to stay in the furnished house for months at a time if that suits you!

Bring your toothbrush, some clothes & your fur baby (additional fee applies).

This is a four bedroom two full bathroom house! We will be adding a fire pit and hot tub in the spring when it gets warmer.

We made it very welcoming for bigger groups by having space for 8!

We’re asking $2,995 per month plus utilities, cable/ internet and trash service.

Yard maintenance IS included.

6 month lease is permitted.

Dogs are ok with $500 non refundable fee. NO CATS!

First, last, security deposit plus pet fee and application fee ($50) prior to move in.
